CANCELLATION POLICY

Must pay $50 deposit to confirm appointment. Cancellations/ reschedules may be done no later than 24 hours of appointment time. Rescheduling within 24 hours results in forfeit of deposit and new deposit must be made to reschedule. If you have pre-paid for a package and reschedule within 2 hours of appointment start time the service will be redeemed as used and completed. No shows and last minute cancellations within two hours result in forfeit of deposit and 20% of overall service. Or if you have a package a $50 cancellation fee in order to rebook next service. We do not issue refunds.
